　　About the Job

　　This position is onsite at our Calera, AL location. Are you looking for a position in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? Do you want to be involved in improving operational productivity and efficiency, with daily challenges and continuous learning potential? Mississippi Lime could be it!

　　Requirements:

　　Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

　　1-3 years job related experience

　　Computer skills, troubleshooting skills

　　Kiln operating experience

　　Strong communication and ability to work with little or no supervision

　　MSHA compliance and regulations knowledge

　　Process improvements and preventative and corrective maintenance knowledge

　　Job Functions:

　　Propose projects to improve production

　　Develop and plan initiatives to improve sustainability

　　Safety walk arounds and audits and related paperwork

　　Evaluate Kiln performance bottlenecks

　　Monitor control room computer systems

　　Complete requests for downtime

　　Capital equipment requests

　　Program and maintain production preventative maintenance
