JBK Manufacturing is recruiting for a Process Manufacturing Engineer in Dayton, OH.

　　The Process Engineer is directly responsible for the following activities:

　　· Provide detailed cost estimates to sales.

　　· Create and maintain information in the ERP system to comply with the detailed cost estimates.

　　· Act as the project manager on all assigned new parts.

　　· Provide engineering support for all floor operations of production and tool room.

　　· Interface with all disciplines to maintain and improve quality and delivery of all parts.

　　· Supervise and direct others as designated.

　　· Actively participate in and promote Continuous Improvement Program.

　　· Conduct data collection and analysis for process improvement.

　　· Prepare or oversee preparation of engineering approach to all projects assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　· B.S. in an applicable engineering field from an accredited 4 yr. college or university.

　　· A minimum of 5 years job related experience.

　　· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of people of varying skill levels.

　　· Knowledge of basic measuring instruments and prints.

　　· Computer skills including MS Office and CAD.

　　· Basic understanding of Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical engineering principles.
