　　Conducts the day to day community level purchasing tasks including bidding and awarding of contracts with various trade partners. Interacts with appropriate internal and external personnel to clearly and thoroughly communicate proper standards and expectations and respond to and resolve concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Bidding/Contract Negotiation/ Contract management of new communities - Manage active communities/ communication -Starts/Change Requests -Other Duties as needed
