You will be responsible for package development of CoWoS packages for NVIDIA's products.

　　We are looking for a highly motivated CoWoS Package Development Engineer in the Advanced Technology Group (ATG). Do you have a strong background in computational methods for advanced manufacturing? Are you proficient in one of the underlying fields, such as massively distributed computing, computational geometry, diffractive optics? If yes, then we’d love to hear from you! The job requires working on complex problems and products; you will be providing solutions that are highly creative, and directly contribute to product differentiation. And you should have a strong technical background and good management skill to drive suppliers in new technology development.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Responsible for defining CoWoS package design rules, process flow and material sets.

　　Lead CoWoS package development to establish package manufacturability and reliability.

　　Drive package qualification activities from initial concept to production.

　　Work closely with offshore fab, assembly, substrate, and supplier partners.

　　Collaborate with multi-functional teams with in NVIDIA and define CoWoS package requirements.

　　Problem solving in CoWoS/ SoIC manufacturing during NPI and Production

　　Driving Fabs, assembly for manufacturing yield improvement during NPI and Production

　　What we need to see:

　　Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related fields or equivalent experience.

　　5+ years or more experience in CoWoS or SoIC manufacturing

　　Required Knowledge in CoWoS/ SoIC process, CoWoS/ SoIC material and CoWoS / SoIC technology

　　Strong data analysis skills using statistics or JMP

　　Excellent communication and management skills in dealing with suppliers.

　　Ways to stand out from the crowd:

　　Hand-on experience on CoWoS or SoIC manufacturing.

　　Strong knowledge in CoWoS/ SoIC process and CoWoS/ SoIC technology

　　Must have strong verbal and written skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
