Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.
As a Process Control Engineer at Micron, you will be a member of the Research and Development Process Control Systems (PCS) team, responsible for developing and implementing process control practices at Micron. We collaborate with fellow engineers across Micron's Process Development, Manufacturing, and IS organizations to analyze and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) conditions, and identify process capability improvement opportunities. You can expect to act as a mentor and trainer on statistical concepts, applications, and techniques and work with R&D process areas directly to understand their needs, processes, and challenges.
Specifically, a successful candidate will develop and maintain data queries and reporting solutions to measure process capability and other SPC metrics, and analyze and present data to process teams and management. They would participate with the worldwide PCS team to standardize and share process control solutions and improve our practices across the global Micron network.
