This position is a leadership role in our transformation office to support of the creation of entirely new process, systems and tools for our growing product business segment.
The ProdCo Forecast to Stock (FTS) ERP Process Analyst is tasked to support charter programs to a successful delivery of required business capability. The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics and Inventory Management, and Product/ Performance Quality Management.
This is an Individual contributor role with responsibilities that may include but not limited to:
Reviews, provides inputs and approves:
Configuration design document (CDD).Configuration unit test (CUT) script; Configuration unit test (CUT) result.Functional design spec (FDS).Functional unit test (FUT) script; Functional unit test (FUT) result.Security unit test (SUT) script; Security unit test (SUT) result.Integration test script; Integration test result.Cutover plan.Data loads during Cutover cycles.Provides inputs to - L3 Process flows, Solution Design Decision, FIT-GAP, Security roles, Change Impacts.Prepares and executes - User Acceptance test (UAT) scripts; User Acceptance test (UAT) results.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management within a highly matrixed collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study; advance degree preferred
- 2+ years 'experience in:
Delivering best in class software application and business intelligence solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills or hands-on experience in Forecast to Stock and SAP - ERP implementations, and process design with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development.Supply chain, including architecting and implementing data design integration and business solutions.Scenario KPI comparison, creating and managing business measures, and other business requirements.Strong familiarity with Industry standard process and tools used to deliver best in class operational performance.Knowledge of FTS's domain, industry-standard processes, and challenges: The Forecast to Stock business capabilities encompasses Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution, Responsive Demand and Supply Matching (RDSM), Inventory planning, Materials Requirement Planning, Network planning, Logistics and Inventory Management.2+ years 'experience with Agile SW development methodologySAP ERP S4, Blue Yonder

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $92,847.00-$148,355.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
