Description Process Administrator

Immediate opening for 4 Process Administrators that may work remotely after 60 days.

The process administrator will use excellent customer service skills to call on past due accounts, actively listen to client and help them form a plan to get there accounts current.

Bartenders, Waitress/waiters, hostess, hotel personnel, front desk hotel personnel and other hospitality industry experience have excellent success in this roll.

Training will be in Akron OH and be 8A to 5P Monday – Friday. After you graduate from training the shift will be 12-9p Monday – Friday with a Saturday 8A-1P required every third week. If candidate shows proficiency they will be allowed to work remotely after sixty days if they so, choose.

Duties of the Process Administrator will include:

Contacts delinquent customers by telephone or mail to collect past due payments or to make alternative payment arrangements.

Establishes and maintains files relating to collection activities.

Uses basic skip tracing to locate delinquent customers.

Recommends action for management decisions in dealing with repossessions bankruptcy and/or foreclosure. Arranges for appropriate bank and/or legal action based on account analysis and as directed by manager.

To qualify for the Process Administrator, you must have:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Recent experience in the hospitality or food service industry, customer facing.

Excellent customer service, communication and computer savvy skills.
