　　You will be part of a dynamic team at Autodesk Pune, India. We are looking for Engineers who love finding efficient, scalable and thoughtful solutions to a variety of technical and product challenges. As Principal Test Engineer you will work in to deliver top quality Web and Cloud software. You will report to Manager. We will support Hybrid work mode. You will work from Pune base location

　　Responsibilities

　　You are expected to work with scrum team to perform manual end-to-end testing on time and at high quality that conforms to user story acceptance criteriaCandidate would be responsible for testing, troubleshooting and debugging features that are developedCandidate would be responsible for Front End and Backend E2E Automation of feature developed within the Scrum teamCandidate would Define QA Strategy for the team, and establish release management practise(s) for the scrum teamYou are expected to work with product design and product management to understand requirements and translate them to test plans for functional and regression testingYou are expected to be very passionate about writing assertions that match business acceptance criteria's, what goes in which stack of testing pyramid, maintaining stability of automation and attacking flakinessYou are expected to guide automation coverage in the scrum team and establish good tools and practises to achieve the same

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college8- 12 Years of experience as a Software Engineer in TestHands-on experience in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, PythonHands-on experience with any one of Frontend automation framework like Cypress, ProtractorHands-on experience with any one of Backend Rest API Automation framework like Rest Assured, KarateHands-on experience with any one of popular BDD Methodologies like Cucumber, JBehaveHands-on experience with different tools for performance testing of Rest API's like JMeterHands-on Experience with Jira, Jenkins and GITMust have some domain experience in Data Management Cloud service(s)Solid hands-on experience with testing backend, mobile and web applicationsExperience working with scalable, high-quality cloud servicesStrong in trouble shooting skillsSolid familiarity with Agile development processes and QA methodologiesPreferred to have exposure to other automation frameworks like Robot Framework, PuppeteerPreferred to have exposure to quick scripting in postman to test Rest API'sPreferred to have some exposure to CI Tools like JenkinsPreferred to have exposure to testing cloud infrastructure based on AWS
