We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to help us deliver industry leading impact. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the delivery of product roadmaps including: engineering development planning, defining dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and execution in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Responsibilities
Support the key leaders for Create to drive towards aggressive ship timelines with a high quality bar, implementing Copilot across the portfolio of M365 products
Capture, continually communicate and drive the Copilot in Createroadmap
Establish key ship criteria and hold cross-team leadership accountability to ensure customer-driven quality gates are met
Assist Copilot shiproom owner to drive a results-oriented, customer-focused forum
Own and drive regular and concise communications
Clarify key stakeholders, roles and responsibilities
Identify and drive dependencies in collaboration with Product Management, User Research and User Experience Design to develop the right customer experience gates and metrics to define success
Be an integral part of scaling the Technical Program Management discipline in the Office Product Group both in size, quality, and impact
Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, user research and data science to deliverCreateinvestments by translating product requirements into results through highly organized project schedules and adjustments.
Contribute to product delivery by making and evangelizing technical recommendations that are respected across the organization by considering options, tradeoffs, risks, and uncertainty with anticipated outcomes or key results.
Define quantifiable and ambitious quarterly/annual Objective and Key Results in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
Drive coordination of cross organizational efforts, align shared OKRs, track progress and report status monthly, quarterly, annually.
Translate data insights and customer requirements that Inform technical strategy and architectural decisions.
Maintain prioritized backlogs including partner dependencies.
Build, communicate and report status using the appropriate dashboards & queries, and ensure they align with other dashboards/queries across OPG where Createappears
Ensure related planning guidance and key sites/resources (i.e. SharePoint, etc) are maintained and updated on a regular basis
Act as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize investments with customers by participating and/or driving internal and external customer engagements
Be a“Go to” contributor for critical customer engagements and escalations to achieve customer success and drive product improvements based upon learnings.
Manage and drive the execution of demo videos with Product Management and Design to enable storytelling for internal executive reviews and external engagements
Define requirements with our tools teams to ensure our Azure Dev Ops, OKR, and other necessary tooling support effective processes and discussions.
Partner with leadership on special projects as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience
5+ years working in a large Enterprise to deliver Enterprise and Consumer Software as a Service (SaaS) at scale.
5+ yesr of experience in partner engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted, equitable relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
10 years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager on complex projects or equivalent experience
Track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders
Resiliency, independence, and ability to navigate through ambiguous challenges.
Effective in communication skills and executive presence.
Ability to change the momentum of current plans to a more beneficial course that amplifies their impact
Efficiently handle difficult executive reviews with conflicting perspectives
Relationship building skills and influence/collaborate at all organizational levels.
Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment, orchestrating strategic and complex business activity.
Knowledgeable in creating and managing enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Agile and continuous improvement mindset, including familiarity with agile practices, at scale best practices and related tooling (i.e. Azure DevOps Boards for Backlogs).
Passion to establish systems and defy entropy.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
