Principal Software Security Engineer

　　A national manufacturing firm is looking for an engineer to both secure their software & develop new software security solutions. This goes beyond simple vulnerability management and includes novel software development & architecture. You must be comfortable writing code in multiple languages – namely python, with Go and Rust being plusses. Automation & devops tools are also strongly favored (GitOps, Terraform, ansible, Kafka, PowerShell).

　　This is an opportunity to have a high degree of direct technical influence over the security of a high-performing software team, working in a near-real-time environment.

　　This is a fully remote contract opportunity with the potential to convert to full-time.

　　10+ years of software development experience

　　Python Development experience

　　Software security

　　Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc)

　　Desired Skills & Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
