As a member in Bing Whole Page team, you live on the front end of our products and features used by millions of people every day. We're responsible for creating Bing search result page experiences that increase user retention and bring revenue. With the launch of all new, AI-powered Bing, we reinvented search and play a key role on refreshing chat experience, trying to make chat more visual and engaging while improving basics and building strong connections between chat and search.
Responsibilities
Lead team to deliver great business impact including retention and revenue via thoughtful features for the most attractive SERP and Chat experience
Provide technical guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus
Parter with other teams in different countries to achieve fast collaboration and agile development
Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or related required
Good communication skills in English
Great design, problem solving, and data analysis skills, with demonstrated passion for quality, performance, and engineering excellence
8+ years of experience in web development with JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS and/or Web Components
5+ years of software development experience with proficiency in C# or C/C+- 3+ years people management experience
Motivated and able to work independently as well in a collaborative team setting to research innovative solutions to challenging technical/business problems
