Our team is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Software Engineering Manager with leadership skills who wants to make an impact while delivering success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and ship high-quality cloud services using agile methodologies and best practices
Provide technical guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the team members and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus
Partner with other teams across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft to deliver end-to-end solutions for our customers and stakeholders
Manage the operational excellence, security, reliability, and scalability of the owned cloud services

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Pythono OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Pythono OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
o OR equivalent experience.
4+ years people management experience.Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
