　　Position Overview

　　We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join the AEC Design Platform Team to help develop and maintain Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery System, and Installer for products like AutoCAD, Civil 3D and many other products.

As as a Software Development Engineer on this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with team members globally to ensure excellent quality product delivery by applying strong software development skills.

　　Responsibilities

　　Architect and develop and test the solution for AEC Design products install and delivery

　　Respond to customer reported issues and keep improving the install and delivery experience and efficiency

　　Identify the bottleneck of the solutions and keep leveraging modern technologies to improving the solution and services.

　　Work closely with product owners and team members to drive towards a common vision and goal

　　Lead and mentor team to follow software engineering standards, including efficiency, quality, security, resiliency, and other best practices

　　Collaborate with a distributed team and stakeholders

　　Be a passionate and empathetic advocate of architecture, design, and software engineering principles

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MS in Computer Science or a related degree a plus)

　　8+ years working experience in software development or related job

　　Strong programming skills in Python or C++ Strong knowledge about Operating Systems and Networks

　　Strong knowledge about Install Technology like MSI and MSIX

　　Excellent trouble shooting, problem solving and solutioning capability

　　Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

　　Experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies

　　Excellent interpersonal skills

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills
