　　Job Description:

　　Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Manages all aspects of the project over its entire life, including the initiation, plan development, execution, controls, and implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs. Builds relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including identifying and breaking down barriers/obstacles, collaborating with key players to influence change. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

　　The role requires the execution and coordination of deliverables across the DNA (Decisions and Analytics) Risk and Governance organization related to project Helix and the new data ecosystem that is in development. Documents, updates, and maintains comprehensive project plans as required to support DNA Risk and Governance initiatives and project deadlines. Actively identifies and escalates risks associated with data and change management and ensures compliance with enterprise-wide policies and standards.

　　Responsibilities

　　Partners with key stakeholders across Decisions and Analytics to support the implementation of data governance processes for the new analytical data ecosystem.Documents and manages comprehensive project plans to ensure accurate and timely status reporting and escalates roadblocks to management.Assists with the execution of various deliverables and milestones and contributes to the successful and timely completion of Helix priorities for the DNA Risk and Governance organization.Partners with first and second lines of defense to ensure all standards and policies created are well executed by the business as new analytical data ecosystem is used and legacy infrastructure is retired.Engages with the business on risk and control initiatives and reviews processes, policies, and procedures to ensure adequacy of controls and compliance with laws and regulations.

　　Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources accordingly.Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicates statuses to stakeholders.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, Business, or related field6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
