Overview
As a Principal Analytics Client Lead supporting International, you lead the work to successfully scope, develop, launch, and integrate into the business a substantial portfolio of analytics products stewarded by the Analytics Service team within Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A). You will own the development of the vision and strategy for the analytic projects within this portfolio, plan for and lead their successful execution, and act as the primary representative of this portfolio to the business.
This requires a person who has extremely strong partnership skills and an agile mindset with the enthusiasm and ability to develop trusted relationships and influence leaders and colleagues across the International Hub. The role requires a self-starter who can work under broad direction, capable of developing a point of view and selling the "art of the possible." Strong consultative and communication skills are key to success in this role and the ability to translate, interpret, visualize, and share outcomes to people at all levels of data literacy. It also requires strong agile project management skills.

Responsibilities
Cast vision and strategy for analytics alignment within the International Hub, including bringing an unbiased functional perspective that elevates departmental analytics expertise and contributions.
Develop trusted partnerships with an attitude of service to connect functionally diverse analytics voices into cohesive, aligned insights and analytics products.
Develop product charters, plans, and roadmaps to advance the development and implementation of data and analytics products within the international portfolio.
Align with business users and stakeholders on product requirements, prioritization, scope and plan product release cycles for analytics products within the international portfolio.
Clarify International Hub data and analytics standards and provide ongoing accountability to International Division to ensure compliance to standards and ensure execution within guardrails. Serve as a data and analytics single point of contact to International Divisions for functionally agnostic data and analytics expertise by bringing depth of knowledge of Chick-fil-A Data Programs, Data Portfolios, Communities of Practice, and analytics organizational design.
Help coordinate the work of cross-functional analysts who support International in a way that elevates their work while also increasing the cross-functional alignment, when possible, of functionally shared insights.
Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional International data and analytics insights.
Lead and support the agencies or contractors, including content preparation of MSAs/SaaS agreements with the business, legal, IT Security, and corporate procurement for complex technical and analytics needs.
Develop and manage program communication plans for their product portfolios to an array of key audiences within the International.
Drive adoption and support training for the analytics products within their portfolio across the analytics team and International department.
Minimum Qualifications
Consulting experience leading and influencing outcomes for broad-reaching, complex data and analytics programs that drive measurable business value working in an agile environment
Has strong skills in understanding complex business problems and designing analytical solutions for business needs
Has demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating analytics teams and project work
Solid understanding of Restaurant or Service business and range of data, potential analytical measurement & models needed at the enterprise level
Broad knowledge of technical platforms and analytical methods
Very strong strategic and analytics consulting skills including Root Cause analysis for understanding enterprise-level business problems
Experience and skill in leading all phases of large-scale data and analytics programs and portfolios using agile methodologies
Outstanding enterprise-level thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills including visualization and “story telling” to audiences varying in technical acumen and data literacy
Able to build strong trusted relationships with technical and non-technical people at all levels across the enterprise
Can coordinate programs with multiple collaborative teams and workstreams anticipating and removing program roadblocks
Able to generate value through measurable business outcomes
Adept at overseeing change management initiatives resulting from new program and capabilities
5-7 years experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with organizational key performance measurement, leading change management initiatives; agile software development (e.g., JIRA), innovation, or design thinking
Has experience shaping and influencing data and/or analytics strategy and policy
