　　Responsibilities

　　Lead the strategic product vision and roadmap for Azure AI Studio, with a focus on creating delightful and efficient experiences for developers and machine learning professionals.

　　Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research, and marketing, to drive the successful development and launch of AI platform products.

　　Champion a user-obsessed mindset by actively gathering user feedback, validating ideas, and analyzing data to ensure that product investments align with customer needs and goals.

　　Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in the AI and machine learning space.

　　Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.

　　Provide leadership and mentorship to other product managers and team members as needed.

　　Act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI technology, leveraging hands-on experience to guide product development and decision-making.

　　Qualifications

　　Required

　　Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

　　OR equivalent experience.

　　5+ years of experience in designing and launching complex products targeted at developers, machine learning professionals, or a similar audience.

　　3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and/or AI.

　　3+ years with platform tools and a track record of building products for developer audiences.

　　Other Requirements

　　Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

　　OR equivalent experience.

　　Hands-on experience with Generative AI technology.

　　A commitment to a user-centric mindset by actively gathering feedback, validating ideas and concepts, and analyzing data to ensure that investments align with customer needs and goals.

　　Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
