The Payments Innovation Team is seeking an Innovation Research Analyst to manage how we monitor, evaluate, and communicate information regarding trends and markets we believe have or will have an influence on the future of payments. The successful candidate establishes a trends radar to identify the spaces we actively monitor to educate and report on. They thoughtfully articulate plausible, possible, and probable implications with a keen sense of relevant detail and context considering the audience. The Analyst actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Analyzes competitive market strategies through analysis of related products, market, or share trends.Synthesizes current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.Produce informative and educational content on abstract themes, topical market sizing and growth drivers for consumption across and accessible to the organization.In support of Innovation Engagements, research and contribute quantitative insights and assess the potential value of opportunities through building a business case.Build an ecosystem of and manage intelligence providers/vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field6+ years of experience in Corporate Innovation, Strategy, Corporate Development, or relatedIn lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Corporate Innovation, Strategy, Corporate Development, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
