What You'll Do
As the (Principal) Client Delivery Manager (f/m/d) in Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), you will be the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers. This includes our offerings RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS).
In this role, your main goals will be customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run, and renewal phases. Your three main areas of responsibility are:
Engagement Management: Planning and reviewing services to align with the customers projects and adoption of SAP cloud solutions.
Delivery Management: Handling day-to-day operations, and projects, de-escalating critical engagements, and interacting with senior management and C-Level stakeholders.
Account Management: Playing a key role in commercial account management and enhancing customer satisfaction ratings.
What You Bring
An excellent understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offerings as well as good knowledge of IT infrastructure and landscape components that are part of a private cloud environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex customer engagements involving multiple parties using strong engagement management and relationship-building skills.
6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in private cloud or related.
Technical and functional SAP knowledge as well as project management skills; PMP/Prince2 certification is beneficial.
You bring a proactive, problem-solving, can-do mindset. You put the customer first and de-escalate customers.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude, "can-do" mindset, and commitment to putting the customer first.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences including C-Level in German and English; additional languages spoken in the MEE region are beneficial.
