　　We are looking for a Principal Applied Scientist Manager with background in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Causal Inference, Large Language models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques, Control Theory, Data Science, Data Mining, or related fields. Candidates should be passionate about artificial intelligence and optimization at web scale. They will play a key role in driving algorithmic improvements to online and offline systems, develop and deliver robust and scalable solutions, make direct impact to both user and advertisers experience, and continually increase the revenue for Microsoft Advertising.

　　Responsibilities

　　M.S. or PhD degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics or other related areas

　　6+ years related experience at ads or recommendation

　　4+ years hands-on experience with PyTorch or Tensorflow

　　Strong knowledge and skills in machine learning software development and architectures for machine learning

　　Qualifications

　　Drive algorithmic improvements for ads retrieval and ranking models online and offline

　　Developing and delivering robust and scalable solutions, making direct impacts on advertisers' ROI, and increase advertisers' CVR

　　Improve user/context/ads understanding. Apply these techinques to online to get revenue rise and demands ROI rise.

　　Leverage LLM into Ads scenario. And it is appreciated to have LLM distillation experience
