　　What you'll do

　　As a Principal Architect on the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) organization at TJX, you will be responsible for architecting and solutioning Advanced Analytics (AI and ML) applications to support business functions globally. Architecture is a key capability to ensure that all solutions are built leveraging our investments in Data and Technologies optimally.

　　You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive cloud ML projects from concept to deployment, supervising model development, data pipelines, and deployment strategies. Supporting the goal to enable data as an asset and leverage technology to deliver business value across TJX globally. We strive to help TJX business domains make fact-based decisions by integrating and analyzing data.

　　What you'll need

　　As a Principal Architect, you will work across all architecture disciplines to collaborate in all solution architecture work to lead the organization through pragmatic vision and strong influence. We are looking for a person with passion for by staying abreast of the latest advancements in ML, Gen AI, and related technologies, and proactively finding opportunities for their integration into our architecture.

　　You will recommend alternative options within architecture designs as well as the introduction and use cases for the adoption of new technologies, especially in the cloud and AI/ML space. Day to day activities will include:

　　Translating detailed business and technical requirements into high-performing, reliable conceptual roadmaps and solutions that meet business needs.Working with the development, production, and support teams to provide design guidelines and impart knowledge on technical trends and solutions.Building deep understanding of the applications within a specific business domain and assess how solutions align/fit within the broader enterprise architecture.Capturing the requirements for future application architecture changes and identifies the techniques and technologies that should be applied at the application level.Providing significant input into solution design process for all applications within their respective business domain.Providing support and guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.Creating project and application architecture deliverables consistent with technology/established ADL standards, methodologies, and best practices.

　　Must Haves:

　　7+ years of IT experience.Proven experience architecting, solutioning and scaling cloud AI and ML platforms.Strong cloud-based Data Analytics architecture & design experience.Experience in analyzing complex problems and translating them to data science algorithms with due attention to computational efficiency and testing at scale.Software engineering and DevOps principles, including knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools, such as Git, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Strong experience with model development, built ML frameworks to scale models from experimentation, training to production.

　　Preferred:

　　Experience building automated/semi-automated model retraining pipelines.Working knowledge of Azure specific technologies like - Snowflake, Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Azure DevOps, GitHub, AzureML, etc.
