We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated engineer to work on customer premises in the Madrid (Spain) area as our Database Specialist. Join the team of highly skilled technical experts who build and maintain our clients’ technical landscapes through tailored support services.

　　What you will do

　　Become our customers’ trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their systems and needs. You’ll support the operation of infrastructure and database onsite and in cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation.

　　Improve the stability, availability, and performance of critical production databases

　　Provide operational support and engage in escalations for essential business systems.

　　Deliver assistance with software installation, configuration, health assessments, and performance reviews

　　Analyze new and complex issues, performing thorough root cause investigations.

　　Offer problem-solving expertise while considering customer constraints and risk management

　　Deliver architecture advisory services, including reviews and conceptual support.

　　Conduct research and promptly address technical inquiries, ensuring effective communication at various organizational levels

　　Educate customers on product features, best practices, upgrades and patches
