　　Primary Teacher is a key member of the CDC team, responsible for:

　　Following center philosophy, policies and licensing rules/regulations including but not limited to appropriate child guidance techniques

　　Developing and delivering a defined learning program and curriculum in accordance with state licensing rules and regulations, company defined educational standards, and state guidelines

　　Creating and maintaining an appropriate learning environment

　　Conducting assessments of children as needed/or required

　　Maintaining safety, care, nurturance, and active/appropriate supervision of children in your care

　　Writing meaningful messages in the brightwheel™ app relaying information to the parents and charting all diaper changes, feedings, naps, daily activities, etc.

　　Working collaboratively with fellow associates, support teachers, and supervisors to ensure the needs of the children are met
