The city is located along the Willamette River and is surrounded by multiple natural parks and outdoor recreational spaces. 　　Start Date – ASAP

　　Credentialing Estimate – 1 month

　　Primary Care. Provide standard primary care – diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management.

　　Take a leading role in the treatment of patients. Collaborate & work with other providers, nurses and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.

　　Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.

　　Patient Load. – Adult population, approximately 12-15 PPD.

　　Required Qualifications -

　　Active/Unrestricted OR Medical License

　　BC/BE with ABIM or ABFM

　　BLS/ACLS Certification

　　Active/unrestricted DEA
