Job Summary: The candidate will join our integrated Primary Care team in San Augustine, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment to provide care to newborn through adult patients. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. This position will be outpatient only.
Practice Information:
Employed position with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group
Join eight other highly experienced and integrated Physician and Providers across five patient access points
Dedicated M.A. will be provided with shared non-clinical staff
Schedule, full-time Monday through Friday, minimum of thirty six patient accessible hours plus four hours of administrative time
Education and Certifications Required:
Applicable certifications
Texas licensed, preferred
Experience: 1-3 Years' experience preferred, new grads will also be considered
Required Skills:
Flexible and willing to support organizational needs with regard to healthcare and market changes
Solid clinical expertise with a commitment to patient care outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to serve as a team member and clinical leader in the workplace
Customer service oriented
