About Pricing Manager

  Description

  We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to lead our pricing strategies, collaborating closely with Sales and Leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies, maintaining pricing tools, and conducting detailed costing analysis. The Pricing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing pricing capabilities, addressing team concerns, and supporting business performance management.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for both new and existing customers.

  Develop and maintain pricing tools to respond quickly to changing market needs, and prepare reports analyzing the potential impact of various pricing strategies on margins, costs, profitability, and sales volumes.

  Perform detailed costing analysis and present pricing options to the Sales team for customer negotiations, using different pricing scenarios to rate shipments and compare net results.

  Conduct proforma analysis to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed pricing strategies.

  Identify opportunities to enhance pricing capabilities and competitiveness in the market.

  Address and resolve issues and concerns raised by team members related to pricing suggestions.

  Assist the sales team by providing prices for vacant units and developing pricing models.

  Develop visual dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for data analysis and progress measurement.

  Coordinate and support business performance management and quality improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, creating work instructions, and implementing sustainable solutions.

  Interface with senior executives, business development, and operations, presenting pricing progress in management reviews.

  Develop business reports and metrics to evaluate, interpret, and provide critical information for strategic and operating decisions.

  Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by senior management.

  Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  Proven experience in pricing management or related roles.

  Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Proficiency in using pricing tools and data analysis software.

  Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  Experience in developing visual dashboards for performance tracking.

  Familiarity with business performance management and quality improvement processes.
