Purpose:

　　The Press Operator will be responsible for setting up jobs, running single-stroke presses, and maintaining quality, safety, and production standards, training employees, and ensuring that all ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions are followed.

　　Responsibilities / Authority:

　　Run production.

　　Understand the safe operation of all equipment.

　　Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and Company procedures.

　　Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　High School Graduate

　　Demonstrated understanding of equipment

　　Skilled at running equipment.

　　Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to interact with people.

　　Knowledge of ISO Standards

　　Effective communication skills as well as good written skills.
