JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Responsibilities: Abide by all manufacturingpolicies, procedures & work instructions including but not limited tothe Employee Handbook. Execute policies, procedures & work instructionsas documented within software system as appropriate to the position(RD106-033, QMS Training Matrix). Complete all appropriate paperwork inan accurate, timely and efficient manner. Strong emphasis on maintaining5S. Maintain clean and safe work area. Runs machines in automatic orsemi-automatic modes. Processing and packing parts per supplied standardwork instructions. Notify supervisor when problems exist, or wheninstructions are not specific. Makes suggestions to supervisor forimprovement to process/operator instructions to decrease costs whilemaintaining quality production. Notify supervisor and/or MaterialHandler when supplies/materials are needed for current production andnext shift. Keeps productive at non-production functions such ascleaning, giving breaks, inventory audits, and other duties when soassigned by the supervisor. Verifies size, color, and quality of theparts per job paperwork and/or inspections. Clean and maintainwork/press area. Fill out applicable paperwork in an accurate, timely,and efficient manner. All other duties as assigned. ***** OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Education and/orExperience High school diploma or GED equivalent required One to fiveyears of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education andexperience. Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, andmachinery. Injection molding experience preferred. Basic knowledge andunderstanding of Microsoft Office Applications. Physical Ability Manualdexterity required for operating machinery and computers. Ability tolift and/or move up to 50 pounds required.
