Description:

　　Set up and prepare press brake machines for production runs, including selecting appropriate tooling

　　and materials.

　　• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the precise bending requirements.

　　• Program and adjust machine settings, including speed, angle, and pressure, to achieve accurate bends

　　and cuts.

　　• Load materials into the machine and align them properly to ensure precise shaping.

　　• Monitor the production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.

　　• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

　　• Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing

　　worn parts.

　　• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule work orders.

　　• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and regulations.

　　• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and production issues.

　　• Keep accurate records of production data and work performed.

　　• Adhere to quality control standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
