Required Qualifications

　　Holds a PreschoolClassroom (#103) endorsement from the BOEE, or be eligible to obtain

　　Possess effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

　　Possess a general understanding of the learning process and specific knowledge of the unique physical, social, emotional, linguistic, and academic development of young students and other elementary school learners

　　Demonstrates extensive content knowledge in the areas of reading and math for young learners

　　Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing and sustaining classroom environments that promote learning (i.e. effective classroom management)

　　Demonstrated effectiveness in the design and implementation of lessons, differentiation of instruction, and assessment of student learning

　　Demonstrated commitment to professional growth

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Holds an inclusive Birth-age 3endorsement (1001) from the BOEE, or be eligible to obtain

　　Successful experience serving in a preschoolclassroom

　　Successful experience serving English Language Learners (ELLs)

　　Familiarity and understanding of Marzano instructional framework

　　Successful experience implementing Positive Behavior Interventions and Support

　　Successful experience working in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

　　Successful experience integrating technology in the classroom
