　　What you'll be doing:

　　Customer Focus: Maintains CTY’s customer-driven approach to service and ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service.

　　Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine

　　Sort and stack clean dishes - carry dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas

　　Keep work area and equipment neat and clean at all times including sweeping/mopping floors - place/remove wet floor signs

　　Maintain cleanliness of all working surfaces, refrigerators and any other food storage areas in accordance with Health Department standards

　　Support and participate in common teamwork with all unit members.

　　At least 18 years of age

　　At least one years’ experience in a foodservice environment.
