You will be responsible for a variety oftasks including; establishing an entrusted banker-client relationship,coordinating assigned client financial needs through proactive and disciplinedapproach that reaches across multiple lines of business and service/supportteams, protect all client and bank information, and following ClientPrivacy and Information Policy & Procedures for communication withclients, vendors and associates, and study and understand broad local andnational economic and business issues that allow fluent advisory discussionswith affluent clients to engage and help determine needs. Additionally,Private Bankers are expected to achieve specific sales and service goals on aquarterly and annual basis, proudly participate and represent NH in variouscommunity, civic, and professional organizations, and build a greatrapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect andconsideration regardless of their status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistentcompliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to theposition, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Officeof Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minim m Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possessthe following qualifications.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination ofeducation and related work experience.Minimum of 5+ years' experience in progressive sales management,extraordinary client service and client/prospect calling experience.Must be/become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage LicensingSystem and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirementsand NBH's compliance policies related to these requirements includingacceptable background check investigation results.
