About Practitioner Sales

  Wipro is a leading Engineering Services provider globally. Wipro is looking for a dynamic business leader with experience in direct sales of Engineering services to its North America Business. Business development and sales strategy for existing/new customers in North America for Wipro Engineering

  Understand customer business needs and craft a value proposition to position Wipro's Engineering offerings. Own and drive RFI / RFP responses. Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (Account, Practice, Alliance, Delivery, Finance and Legal teams) to ensure development of best solution and proposal leading to deal closure. Build and nurture network for business growth. Own the order booking and revenue commit numbers for the business, focusing on high quality / sticky and differentiated deals. customer relationship management from an engineering services perspective Ensure Year-on-Year business growth through both Strategic and tactical approaches for revenue and order book

  10 to 15 years of Industry experience with at least 5 years in sales / account management role. Should have proven track record in selling Engineering / R&D services and delivering to quotas Experience in Semiconductor Services sales is an added advantage. Bachelor of Engineering + MBA from a reputed institute is an added advantage Good understanding of product and software development lifecycle Have knowledge of various technologies such as Industry 4.0, 5G, AI/ML, Engineering design services, PLM, VLSI, IOT, SW/HW and Embedded services etc Proven Experience in account and customer relationship management Should be proficient in written and verbal communication. Should be capable of presenting proposals, offerings, solutions to customers Consistent track record in technical and engineering sales in India region and consistently meeting or exceeding increasing sales goals Demonstrated ability to run solution-based sales at multiple levels in our customer's organization Excellent inter-personal skills to create and maintain profitable relationships with existing and potential customers
