Atria is seeking an experienced, seasoned and passionate person in the financial services and distribution industry who is motivated to assist and support our Advisors advance their businesses and client experiences. We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep knowledge of investments, insurance products and advisory business models.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the central resource for our Advisors in reference to internal programs and initiatives within a defined geographical territory.
Travel to Advisors’ offices for focused consulting engagements designed to influence Advisors in building / enhancing sustainable profitable practices.
Drive a culture of total wealth management with a focus on financial planning strategies and our various fee-based business platform offerings.
Ensure the adoption of new platforms and technologies designed to help Advisors and their teams drive efficiency and overall business strategies aligned with growth.
Act as an extension of the Atria Senior Management and the Presidents throughout the enterprise to reinforce the overall strategic vision and value proposition.
Engage with Advisors and their teams regularly to build rapport and develop strong knowledge of their needs as well as maintain a high level of retention within the designated territory.
Work closely with asset management Advisory Department to increase money management assets within a defined territory.
Work with the Marketing Department to craft promotional messaging and support for internal programs, as needed.
Attend firm-wide events on a national, regional, and local level.
Assist the Atria Recruiting Department in the qualification and recruitment of new Advisor offices as well as participate in the “on-boarding” of new Advisor offices.
Stay up to date with internal initiatives, programs and announcements and develop a strong understanding of such to address questions from Advisors regarding such topics.
Create innovative approaches to address and resolve operational issues or inquiries.
Assist with roll-out of new company programs or initiatives as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
BA/BS 4-Year Degree
FINRA Series 7, 24 and 65 licenses
Additional certifications (CFP, CWS, CFF) preferred
10+ years experience working in the financial services industry in a relationship management / sales capacity
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in designated regions with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and follow-up skills required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Approximately 50%-75% travel
