Responsible for building applications and components using Power Platform PowerApps and/or Power Automate.
Interpreting functional requirements into technical designs for Electric Operation initiatives built in Power Apps.
Understanding requirements and transforming the business use cases into building applications for end users.
Track and resolve, or escalate, issues, risks, and change requests. Escalate outcomes to executive sponsors as necessary.
Project planning, tracking & management including independently supporting the development and sustainability of Electric's business optimization portfolio. Respond with agility to changing business needs.
Develop reports, workbooks and dashboards using real-time T-SQL and Oracle Database interfaces via data visualization tools (such as Power BI)
Foster inter and intra departmental communications to progress tasks/projects within the initiative portfolio. Maintain close partnership with IT's Digital Factory, the WMS team, CRMS & CPMS teams.
Track and resolve, or escalate, issues, risks, and change requests. Escalate outcomes to executive sponsors as necessary.
Act as the communications conduit to the executive sponsors and executive committees and conduct periodic briefings/updates. This includes creation of dynamic presentations and briefing documents.
Demonstrate core business skills and specialized knowledge about Electric Operations work processes to advance BSTS objectives.
Responsible for performing other related assignments as required including representing the Company at project meetings.
Perform the role of Product Owner for Digital Products created for the Digital Factory on an as-needed basis, maintaining product roadmap, user story creation, development progress, and defect backlogs & priorities.
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years Relevant work experience or
Associate's Degree and 4 years Relevant work experience or
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years Relevant work experience
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics and 3 years of relevant work experienceRelevant Work Experience
Must have 2+ years of experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator. Required
Must have 2+ years of business systems analysis and support experience. Required
Must have 2+ years of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online. Required
Must have 3 years of experience in working on project teams to deliver results. Required
Must demonstrate 3 years experience as a self-starter, with a willingness to learn, and a strong ability to creatively problem solve. Required
Must have demonstrated experience with driving ideas from the point of conception to realized results (planning, meeting facilitation, assignment or action items, and prompt action on follow-ups when commitments are made). Required
Willingness to take on new and unfamiliar project assignments based on changing needs. Required
Demonstrate the ability to manage projects with multiple sub-projects, with each project unto itself. Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Required
Must demonstrated experience with data analysis techniques and reporting (i.e SQL, Power BI, R, Python etc.). Required
Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting. Required
Must be familiar with extracting and utilizing WMS data and financial data to inform business decisions. Required
Ability to gather and energize multi-disciplined teams to achieve target results. Required
Experience with Business Process Modeling. Preferred
