About Material Handler

  Are you a skilled Material Handler with expertise in operating overhead cranes and forklifts? Are you experienced in physically palletizing materials within a temperature-controlled, clean manufacturing environment?

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Material Handlers to join their dynamic team as we pave the way in the rapidly expanding market of eco-friendly vehicles. With state-of-the-art technology and a commitment to growth, this is your chance to contribute to something big.

  Shifts : Must be available to train for 1-2 weeks on day shift.

  Weekend Shift : Friday – Sunday, 6am-6pm, $22.85/hr compensated for 40hours.

  Straight nights: Mon-Thursday -6pm-4:30am $24.15/hr

  is a temporary to permanent opportunity once you are hired after 4-weeks of successful performance you will receive:

  Receive a fully covered employer-paid uniform, inclusive of safety shoes and safety glasses.

  What you will be doing:

  Expertly operate an overhead crane for loading coils into a press

  Handle the offloading and transfer of parts.

  Efficiently move freight and stock to production areas, using equipment like forklifts and cranes

  Forklift duties about 30% of your shift but not limited to.

  Uphold the principles of 5S for a streamlined and organized workspace.

  Tackle other duties as necessary.

  Requirements Include:

  1 year experience with forklift (dockstocker/standup/reach)

  Experience in overhead crane operations is an asset.

  Ability to physically lift 50 lbs

  Previous exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  Knowledge and familiarity with 5S and Kaizen systems is preferred.
