Powder Coating Paint Line Operator - 2 fulltime, temporary, peak load (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/24-12/15/24.

　　Employer: Optimum Window Mfg. Corp, 28 Canal St, Ellenville, NY 12428.

　　Duties: Responsible for setting up, tending to, and operating paint spraying and paint rolling machines that apply the powder coating paint to window and door frames. The operator will prepare plugs, racking, and all parts of painting machines as well as all parts to be painted/coated. Additionally, the operator is responsible for the final visual quality check of all products and the loading and unloading of the paint line; will assist in paint booth color changes as instructed, count parts coming off line and carefully stack in bundles, may have to perform light touch up painting of parts and hand powder coating of metal parts. Will change filters, clean hand equipment, maintain parameters on the line, perform chemical tests, check nozzles and chemicals, ensure equipment is running properly and supplies are in stock for upcoming jobs, and coordinate with other members of the production team. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

　　No education required. 12 months experience required.

　　Work Hours: (Varies) Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:30pm for a total of 40 hours/wk at $22.13/hr. OT at $33.20/hr.

　　Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
