The skillset requires a Ph.D. in Physics or materials science. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:Perform computational research on condensed matter physics.Analyze results and publish them in peer-reviewed journals.Present the results in national and international conferences and workshops.QualificationsA Ph.D. in the physical sciences (Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science) is required.A minimum of three (3) years of experience in doctoral research work.A minimum of three (3) years of experience with first-principles density functional theory (DFT) is essential.Demonstrated ability to perform first-principles density functional theory (DFT) is essential.Experience with programming (such as Python) is expected.
