　　Job Description:

　　Apply daily cash from our retail customers- ACH batches and Lockbox.Resolve short pays or overpayment at the time of cash application.Dispute/follow up with short paid invoices.Research disputed delinquent account balances; correct any errors, including misapplied payments.Process credit card payments and apply to customer invoices.Completion of ACH, W-9, and any other forms needed for the customer.Prepare, organize and review reports requested by internal and external stakeholders.Provide excellent and timely customer service to all customer inquiries.Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.Education & Expertise Requirements:

　　Retail cash application experience a plusDetail OrientedComfortable making phone calls as well as emailing (clear communicator)Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree Preferred, but not requiredGood arithmetic skills and a general understanding of GL coding structures.PC proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, and the internet.Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.Compass Health Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
