rResponsibilities
rThe laboratory of Dr. PengchunYu{target="blank" rel="noopener"} in theCardiovascular Biology ResearchProgram{target="blank"rel="noopener"} at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) isseeking postdoctoral scientists.
We focus on the interface between cellular metabolism and vascularbiology and have a proven track record in this field (CirculationResearch, 2010; Circulation, 2012; Nature, 2017; J. Biol. Chem., 2021).More information about the lab can be found athttps://yulab.omrf.org/{target="_blank"rel="noopener"}. The successful candidates will work on researchprojects that study the crosstalk between metabolic programs andangiogenic signaling and the involvement of cellular metabolism in thepathogenesis of vascular diseases. Multidisciplinary strategies will beused, ranging from novel genetically modified mouse models tocutting-edge systems biology tools including metabolomics andsingle-cell transcriptome analysis.
