　　Your New Role...

　　Working within Post Production Creative Services, this role is responsible for booking all Edit and audio services inc. Avid suites, audio & VO facilities. The Bookings Coordinator will be point of contact for all edit requests, providing updates and feedback to clients on the status of edits. A high level of communication is required to ensure optimum service is provided to key stakeholders.

　　Please note: This is a fixed term contract with a duration of 6 months

　　Your Role Accountabilities...

　　Booking and confirming all edit work orders in Xytech / SchedulALLCommunicating status of edits to Content Operations coordinators and Reversioning ProducersEnsuring all internal suites are used to full capacityMaintaining accurate records for data reportingWorking with Technical Edit Operations team to resolve deliverables issuesSupporting the Edit Coordinator to create video browse and send completed assets to QC

　　Qualifications & Experience...

　　Background in Post Production and/or Broadcast OperationsAttention to detail essentialAbility to prioritize in a time pressured environmentFlexible with the ability to adapt to different demands & find solutionsSuperb customer service skillsStrong communication skillsExperience using Xytech Media Pulse / ScheduALL is preferred
