　　Five years of full-time work experience in the field (employment verification required) in lieu of a bachelor's degree

　　High school diploma/GED

　　Substitute Career Technical Instructor license

　　Fee of $25 to the Ohio Department of EducationRenhill can assist you in obtaining this if you are not currently licensedState-mandated criminal background checks required
