Roles and responsibilities in this position are: 

　　Cleaning swimming pools and spas.  Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas. Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs. Openings and closing pools and spas. Assisting with services, projects, and repairs.  Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.  Managing and operating your own maintenance truck Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations. Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner. Comply with all company policies and regulations. Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility. Other duties as assigned. BENEFITS
