　　We are in need of a pool attendant to join our team of service professionals. This position is approximately 12 hours per week on Friday and Saturday nights.If you are interested in joining a great company with lots of opportunities for a dedicated individual, please complete an application below.Job Overview:Oversees hotel pool operations in a courteous and professional manner including providing pool entry to registered guests only and monitoring room occupancy limits.Responsibilities:Security Responsibilities:Promote the rules and regulations of the pool.Identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions in pool area.Monitor and maintain occupancy levels per hotel policy for registered hotel guests.Observe activity in the pool area and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedures in the event of an emergency.Along with Manager on Duty or Hotel Security, prevent undesired conduct and violations of hotel pool policy.Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services in a calm, rational and persuasive manner.Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to supervisor/manager on duty.Guest Services Responsibilities:Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to hotel standards.Anticipate and address guests' service needs.Housekeeping Responsibilities:Along with housekeeping staff, maintain a clean pool deck and pool bathroom facility.Obtain, fold, and stack pool towels according to hotel procedures.Specific Job Knowledge and Skills:The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:Ability to listen effectively, speak, read and write clearly to ascertain and document important information.Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.Ability to stand, walk and/or sit to continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift.Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.Speak with others using clear and professional language.Preferred:CPR and First Aid trained. Training will be provided if needed.
