Recipients ofthis generous gift will be asked to complete an agreement to secure andmaintain employment as a full time Polysomnography Technologist, 0.9FTE(3 - 12-hour night shifts) for 2 years following completion of theeducation program. After successful completion of the course, employeewill take final exam and purchase the required online self-study modules(mileage, meals, hotel, cost of exam and cost of modules will bereimbursed to employee by submitting an expense request.
