  We are currently seeking a PMO Lead who will be responsible for developing and maintaining project dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enhancing overall project performance, and partnering with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and identification of opportunities to improve revenue achievement. The PMO lead will deliver consolidated management reporting to key stakeholders and leadership.

  What we'll get you doing:

  Performance Metrics. Build and maintain relevant management information that covers KPIs and can be used to support decision making and reporting on professional services projects. Generate and share routine reports tracking project progress, resource usage and KPIs.Project Governance and Quality Management. Ensure appropriate Governance and Visual Management is in place for all in-flight projects. Ensure all Quality Management documentation is maintained, and that standard work/ templates are applied and continuously improved.Revenue Analysis. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue achievement. Analyze revenue information and proactively seek ways to optimize funnel of services opportunities.Continuous Improvement. Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives in Professional services. Conduct post-project analyses, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, and putting lessons into action.Resource Management. Liaise with 3rd parties (internal and partner network) to provision resources where necessary; continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to meeting deadlines and delivering on customers measures of success.

  Here is what success in this role looks like:

  Experience in delivering management reporting for a portfolio of projects and maintaining PMO system(s)Global business knowledge and influence - demonstrated understanding of different cultures and approaches; demonstrated ability to lead, follow, work and influence at all levels and in all functions of the organization.Strong Analytical skills, including the ability to curate and maintain accurate data, with reporting/ visualizationOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate project financial, risk and schedule information.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  Project Management Certification (PMI or PMP Certified)Working with NetSuite OpenAir; Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365Delivering continuous improvement in a professional services environment
