Job Description

　　The Food Service Expeditor will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Managing orders: partnering with grill cooks to ensure tickets are being prepared according to orders in kitchen display screen (KDS).

　　Delivering orders: bagging orders, submitting complete orders in KDS, putting orders in food locker, or handing orders to guests at pick up window.

　　Ensuring orders are correct: ensuring all orders are complete and accurate per order ticket.

　　Maintaining quality: maintaining quality and sanitation standards.

　　Providing customer service: engaging with guests when handing out food at pick up window.

　　Resolving complaints: answering guests? questions and solving any order complaints or issues.

　　Keeping the kitchen organized: keeping the pickup area clean and stock.

　　Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

　　Qualifications

　　? Food Service Certificate as needed

　　? Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions

　　? Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
