IT Specialist – Business Application Specialist – Honolulu, HI

　　Onsite – Fulltime

　　Kelly Technology is looking for an IT Specialist to perform the Business Application Specialist role in the Information Technology Department for our Banking client. This role will take a leadership role in managing and supporting business applications, which are primarily our core processing software, reporting tools, and various 3rd party SaaS solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience solving practical problems, staying in compliance with policies and standards, following procedures, working in a team environment, displaying professionalism during adversity, communicating effectively, documenting their work, and demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness. The position may require occasional travel. Candidates must have a valid Hawaii’s driver license and lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Tasks include:

　　ResetChange account passwords.

　　Createmaintain user accounts.

　　Install applications and apply patchesupdates.

　　Review activity and system logs.

　　Work with vendors and internal IT to resolve problems.

　　Translate business needs to IT requirements.

　　Evaluate new solutions.

　　Advocate for the business user in IT.

　　Requirements:

　　Core Processing Applications Banking Applications Systems.

　　Business Analysis System Analysis.

　　Microsoft Office 365

　　Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL Server MariaDB)

　　Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure AWS)

　　IT Business Continuity Data Backup Concepts

　　Cybersecurity practices and controls

　　Incident Problem Service Fulfillment Change Management

　　Asset Inventory Management

　　Ticketing Systems (i.e., Kace, Remedy, ServiceNow)

　　Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred:

　　Service Management (i.e., ITIL)

　　Project Management (i.e., Project+, PMI, ACP, CSM, PRINCE2)

　　Database Certifications (i.e., MS SQL, Azure DBA Associate, etc.)

　　Cybersecurity Certifications (i.e., Security+, CISSP, CASP
