Job Details
Pay is $36 to $40 an hour plus per diem
Must have at least 5 years of new construction commercial plumbing experience
Location: Tyndall Airforce base in Panama City, FL
Full benefits starting your first full month (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, weekly pay)
MUST HAVES:
-Ability to read blueprints also called "shop drawings". These are basically a mini blow up set of drawings within drawings project specific.
-Must have 5+ years of recent commercial construction experience as a plumber or lead plumber or foreman
•PVC DWV Piping
•SS Victaulic domestic water
•Pro Press Copper domestic water
-Must have experience in stack outs.
-Journeyman license is not required but a plus.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
-Must be able to climb ladders and steps
-Must have experience installing hangers (this is a big one)
-Must know how to install pipe with grade (installing pipe with proper slope)* important!

QUALIFICATIONS:
-No certs required or medical monitoring
-Journeyman License is a plus but NOT required.
-Must have 7+ years experience
-Will be working with PVC, DWV, CPVC, standard plumbing.
-Experience with domestic water & sanitary
-Installing fixtures, hangers and pipe
-Ability to install, repair pipes, fittings or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes.
-Measure, cut, thread or bend pipe to required angle using pipe cutters, hand or power tools, pipe-threading machine or pipe-bending machine.
-Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks- this would be "testing" the water system after it has been installed.
-Install underground storm, sanitary, or water piping systems, extending piping as needed to connect fixtures and plumbing.
