Job Purpose:
Responsible for undertaking the operation, planned preventative maintenance and repair of the plumbing services within the relevant buildings.
Hours & Benefits:
● 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday
● Location: Kings Cross
● Yearly salary (competitive)
● 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Tasks:
● Operate the Planned Preventive maintenance programme (PPM) in respect to the water systems on site.
● Respond to emergency breakdowns across the site where an Engineering Technician (plumbing) is required including, potable water / waste water, HVAC systems and Environmental conditions.
● Undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services.
● Repair equipment, machinery, plant etc. as quickly as possible.
● Carry out work generated on work requisition (non-urgent work jobs required by others on site) to meet service level agreements.
● Liaise, as needed, with end users to determine mechanical requirements and to repair or offer alternative solution.
● Assist with the ordering of supplies as needed for work.
● Be flexible and assist the Site facilities manager in any maintenance role.
● Follow safe systems of work, taking reasonable care of own health and safety, and that of others.
● Such other duties as required by the operational needs of CBRE Team.
● Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks, readings and routine inspections.
● Assist, manage and permit sub-contractors in relation to maintenance works.
● Undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services.
● Ensure efficient completion of service requests generated by the helpdesk.
● Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirement through audit and timely ordering of parts.
