　　Note - The pay rate for this job is $25 - $35 / hour, based on experience 

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications   

　　Knowledge of building codes   

　　Assemble, install, alter plumbing systems  

　　Install water heating systems

　　Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems

　　Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems 

　　Adhere to safety policies and procedures  

　　Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials 

　　Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations   

　　Installing copper, cast iron, and PVC/CPVC pipes, along with drain, sewer, and gas lines   

　　Utilizing hand tools and cutters to cut pipe to desired lengths and electric threaders as well as hand threaders to thread pipe

　　 Qualifications:

　　Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

　　Prior experience in plumbing with minimum 3 years of experience

　　Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
